Earlier this year Foundation Trustees together with our key sponsor Oakland International’s CEO Dean Attwell and his daughter Emily, joining Ipsley School’s Dana Curtis for the first ever ‘Be You Programme’ students’ Graduation Ceremony.
The 12-week Programme combines on-site and off-site outdoor learning activities focusing on helping students to develop self confidence and self-esteem through teambuilding, leadership and communication skills activities that help them become resilient to challenge, change and failure as they learn to take ownership for their personal development, which is then celebrated and showcased at their end of programme Graduation.
